Shipping policy
We currently ship domestically in the U.S. and internationally.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE U.S.
Items are made-to-order and will require 3-4 weeks of production before shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page or agreed upon writing. Orders shipping within the Continental U.S. will ship based on your choice via UPS Ground Shipping (5-7 business days) or 2-Day Air insured. All items will ship with a signature requirement. Please let us know via email at info@gecegeceny.com if you prefer to opt out from the signature requirement option. Tracking will be provided via follow up email upon shipment.

All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS (15 business days). Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees. These charges are outside of GECE GECE's authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials, therefore not included in the shipping or product prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for.
GECE GECE does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
