We currently ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE U.S.

Items are made to order and require 3–4 weeks of production before shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page or agreed upon in writing. Orders shipping within the Continental U.S. will be sent via your choice of UPS Ground Shipping (5–7 business days) or insured 2-Day Air. All items will ship with a signature requirement. Please let us know via email at info@gecegeceny.com if you prefer to opt out of the signature requirement.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS and typically arrive within 15 business days. Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees and duties. These charges are outside of GECE GECE's control, as they are determined by foreign government authorities and are not included in the shipping or product prices. While we are happy to assist by providing copies of the original documents included with the package, any customs fees or duties are the customer's responsibility.

Items that are unclaimed by the customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees have been paid.

GECE GECE does not provide refunds for lost or stolen packages and is not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
